Comprehensive mark-up features provide the
ability to mark-up or down any rate by
estimate/title/sub-heading or even
individual line items. This can be done by a
percentage or value. Wastage and overheads
can be provided for throughout the tender.
The system provides a detailed listing of
all mark-up adjustments.
Full resource listings with detailed
schedules of all labour/plant/materials &
sub-contractor requirements. Advanced
costing facilities allow resource changes on
a tender only basis or can also apply the
changes to the master libraries.
Multiple tagging of library items allows the
user to select as many line items as
required and then update the take off screen
in one action.
Optional automatic titles and sub-headings
can be generated from the standard
libraries. Choose the take off line items
for the estimate and Contractor will
automatically create all the titles and
sub-headings which can then be amended if
required. The user can manually input all
titles and sub-headings denoting the
sections of the tender if preferred. There
is an additional facility to setup a user
defined master list of titles and
sub-headings.
All estimate details are held on one clear
and easy to use screen.

The system is supplied with a comprehensive
list of BOQ output styles from the
traditional client layout to 5 column split
for internal use. There are many different
reports and a report writing facility is
also available.
Ability to add start and finish dates
against any task to provide a schedule of
works. In addition with fully integrated
links to leading project planning systems a
fully automated process is available from
the tender document to a detailed project
plan.
Comprehensive on-screen take-offs and
re-measures allow multiple dimension
take-off's with annotations as well as
allowing for deductions. An easy to use
take-off screen that will appeal to any
Estimator/Q.S. Also available are digitisers
and other digital take-off tools to decrease
take-off time even further.
Differing types of estimate can be created
and saved as templates. A copy contract
facility allows the user to create new
estimates very quickly using the template as
a base. In addition there is an auto
revision feature that makes an exact copy of
an estimate and gives it an automatic
revision number. This then protects the
original contract from being altered whilst
also providing information on all the latest
revisions and original contract numbers.
Contract status can be specified with
detailed notes as well as tender due dates.
This information can then be used on the
tender appraisal feature which comes
included with the basic system.
Estimates are logged on the system by
time/date, who created by and any revised
time and date. Extensive information is held
on each contract and the tender appraisal
facility can be used to search by any
specified criteria.
Provisional Sums / PC Sums / Preliminaries /
Variations / Day Works can be clearly
identified for general reporting as well as
accounting for in the mark up process.
