“We have been using the CMS contractor system for 6 months. Nearly all our office staff now use the system on a daily basis. It has radically improved the purchasing side of our business. It is very easy to navigate between different sections within the system. We are now starting to utilize the Estimating side of the system which again will dramatically improve the way we prepare and analyse tenders. The support has been excellent so far. On occasions we have called the helpline maybe 5 or 6 times a day and have always received constructive help and assistance. We look forward to the new plant hire module which will then complete all our needs in relation to managing the construction side of our business.”
